Kitchen Coordinator - Substitute

Location: Oregon -- Multnomah & Washington counties
                   Washington -- Clark County

Hours: On call 6-8 hours per day, Monday - Friday
             Occasional Saturday & Sunday opportunities

General Responsibilities:

Properly prepare, hold and serve foods delivered by Loaves & Fishes Central Kitchen. Provide menu innovation and enhancements to meal program. Maintain high standards of personal and kitchen sanitation and safety. Oversee and be responsible for all actions in the kitchen. Maintain proper back-up supplies. Provide volunteer management.

Required Qualifications

1. Minimum of one year experience in food service, preferabley food retail.
2. Experience working with and managing volunteers.
3. Ability to perform with minimum supervision.
4. Ability to establish good working relationships with all types of individuals.
5. Good record keeping and organizational skills.
6. Ability to life a minimum of 50 pounds repetitively.
7. Bilingual preferred.
8. Must pass drug and alcohol test and criminal background check.
