Council of Friends

Loaves & Fishes Centers Council of Friends serves in an advisory capacity to the Board of Directors. In addition, individual members are called upon, as needed, to provide expertise, contacts and skills that reinforce the mission of the agency and help ensure Loaves & Fishes’ long-term success. The Council of Friends has no fiduciary or legal responsibilities. Two meetings per year are held, one focusing on the agency’s long-term planning and the second as an agency status report meeting.

The Council of Friends is comprised of prominent community leaders who are interested and committed to the mission of Loaves & Fishes Centers. Although a specific number of trustees will not be set, it is anticipated that the Council will consist of approximately 26 members. Trustees will be nominated and elected at the Loaves & Fishes Annual Meeting.
